The Poli Theatre, a large vaudeville house, opened on September 2, 1907 and was built for a then monumental sum of $250,000. In 1937, the facade was reconstructed with glazed tiles in the Art Deco style.

It is now the home of the Creative and Performing Arts Academy of NEPA (CaPAA) providing acting experiences for children grades Pre-K through 12th.
